E N E R G Y 🙌🏼 Those of you who follow my posts might remember me talking about the supplements that have helped me have such a positive pregnancy and @blueironhealth was one of them. I noticed a difference as soon as I took it but wanted to check it wasn’t just a good trimester so stopped for one month and man did I feel the difference, breathlessness, fatigue and lack in concentration so I quickly started taking it again. 💪🏼Why do you need Iron? 90% of women aged 16 to 64 don’t get enough iron so if you’re finding yourself fatigued, lacking energy or stamina, struggling to concentrate or suffering from pale skin, brittle nails and hair, then I’m talking to you!
