Great for Lunch or Dinner 🍴. #KITCHENBYANDREIA . ____________Ingredients________________. . -1 Median or Large Size Eggplant 🍆. . -1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese. . -1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese. . -½ Cup of Romano Parmesan Cheese. . -1 Tbsp of Feta Cheese. ___________Pizza Toppings____________. . . -8 Cherry Tomatoes Cut into Half. . -½ Green Pepper cut into slices. . -2 Tbsps Green Olives cut into slices. . -Oregano to your taste. . -1 Tbsp Olive Oil to garnish. . _____________Pizza Base_______________. . •Trim of the top of your eggplant and cut slices lengthwise about a quarter of inch thick. •Make sure Not to cut them too thin to avoid open wholes or it’s falling apart. •Once the eggplant slices are done, place them on your Pre Heated Grill and let them cook form 3-5 minutes. •Once the Eggplant is ready start setting up your pizza on a baking tray, then add Sea Salt and Black Pepper to your Taste, before adding the Toppings. _________________Toppings______________ . •Mozzarella, Cheddar, Parmesan, Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Pepper, Oregano and Olive Oil. . ____________ Cooking Method__________ . •Add your pizza in your Pre heated oven at 190-210 Celsius for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melted.
